Refund & Cancellation

Following are the refund and cancellation policy for retreats hosted/organised by Atmatva

Atmatva
1. No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the event.
2. Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges id done 24 hours before the start of the event(subject to approval from Atmatva)
3. This cancellation policy is applicable for "Walk the Arhatic Path" registration fees only.
4. Atmatva is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
