Refund & Cancellation

Following are the refund and cancellation policy for retreats hosted/organised by Atmatva & World Pranic Healing Foundation .

1. No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the course/event.
2. Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges if done 24 hours before the start of the event. (subject to approval from Atmatva)
3. This cancellation policy is applicable for any course/event hosted by Atmatva.
4. If the payment is made online then 2.36% will be deducted from refundable amount.
5. Any Direct taxes paid to government will be deducted from the refundable amount.
6. If refund is applicable then refund process will be complete within 8-12 days from the date of cancellation of registration.
7. Atmatva is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
