Online Sessions

Online Session (Welcome Program Introduction) 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Tuesday 1st April 2025 by Sumi Lazar and Sriram Rajagopal

Public Speaking

Introduction to Pranic Healing

Introduction to Meditation on Twin Hearts (MTH)

Each participant will have access to the recorded sessions, and participant will have to make the presentations of the above to the Foundation.

1. Effective Public Speaking: A video covering this topic will be available on the 1st of April 2025 from 10 AM. The video will be available until the end of the TTC, i.e., up to the 30th of August 2025.

2. How to introduce and teach the Meditation on Twin Hearts :A video covering this topic will be available on the 17th of April 2025 from 10 AM. The video will be available until the end of the TTC, i.e., up to the 30th of August 2025.

In the second week of May, Foundation will organise a session where all the TTC participants will make 2 presentations –

Self-introduction for around 15 to 20 minutes. Sharing something about themselves, their background, the journey in Pranic Healing, academic and professional journey, etc. The objective of this presentation is for the participants to get a feel for public speaking, get comfortable with facing and audience and making a presentation.

Introduction to MTH - The objective is to see how effectively and clearly the participant is able to explain a topic.

3. How to introduce Pranic Healing: A video covering this topic will be available on the 1st of May 2025 from 10 AM. The video will be available until the end of the TTC, i.e., up to the 30th of August 2025. Between the second week of June, Foundation will organise a session where all the TTC participants will share their presentation.

4. Online Study of the Basic Pranic Healing Manual (5 Modules)

Conducted by Sumi Lazar and Sriram Rajagopal.

5. In-Person Practice of the Modules TTC at the Ashram:

Session Start Date & Time : 28th July 2025, 3:00 PM IST

Session End Date & Time : 1st August 2025, to 1:00 PM IST

The charges for the Ashram stay will be separate, and the details will be shared soon.

After the Ashram session, participants will be required to complete the following:

Enrol 25 students for Pranic Healing courses.

Apprentice in at least four Basic Pranic Healing classes.
