Refund & Cancellation

Following are the refund and cancellation policy for retreats hosted/organised by Dr. Kshitij Nadkarni

Dr. Kshitij Nadkarni
1. No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the event.
2. Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges id done 24 hours before the start of the event(subject to approval from Dr. Kshitij Nadkarni)
3. This cancellation policy is applicable for "Mahavatar Babaji" registration fees only.
4. Dr. Kshitij Nadkarni is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
