- No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the event.
- Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges id done 24 hours before the start of the event(subject to approval from Surabhi Sharma)

- Surabhi Sharma is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
