A Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means "being in the company of truth". It refers to a gathering or assembly where spiritual seekers come together to listen to teachings, discuss spiritual topics, meditate, chant, and reflect on higher truths. The aim of a Satsang is to uplift and deepen one's spiritual understanding by engaging with teachings of a spiritual nature, often guided by a teacher, guru, or knowledgeable leader. Satsangs help create a supportive environment for spiritual growth and inner reflection.
