Refund & Cancellation

Following are the refund and cancellation policy for retreats hosted/organised by Sandeep Agarwal

1. No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the event.
2. Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges id done 24 hours before the start of the event(subject to approval from Sandeep Agarwal)
3. This cancellation policy is applicable for "Refresh & Refine: Pranic Psychotherapy with Vaibhav B" registration fees only.
4. Sandeep Agarwal is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
