Cancellations and Refunds:
1. Cancellation charges till 31st Oct, 2022 - Rs. 2000
2. Cancellation after 31st Oct till 31st Dec, 2022 - Rs. 5000
3. Cancellation after 1st Jan 2023 onward - No Refund
In case of part payments:
1. Full Fee amount to be received by 31st December 2022
2. In case if full amount not received by 31st December, registration will be cancelled and participant will be refunded registration amount after deducting Rs 3000/- as cancellation charges.

Following are the refund and cancellation policy for retreats hosted/organised by Gmcks Pranic Healing Trust Of Rajasthan

GMCKS PRANIC HEALING TRUST OF RAJASTHAN
- No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the event.
- Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges id done 24 hours before the start of the event(subject to approval from GMCKS PRANIC HEALING TRUST OF RAJASTHAN)
- This cancellation policy is applicable for "Arhatic Yoga Retreat Rajasthan" registration fees only.
- Gmcks Pranic Healing Trust Of Rajasthan is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
