• Day 1 & Day 2: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (approx.)

• Day 3: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (approx.)

• Day 4: 1:30 AM – 5:00 AM (approx.) Peak time-3:57 AM IST

🎓 Eligibility: Arhatic Yoga Graduates

💰 Retreat Contribution Fee: INR 26,500/-

Registration & Payment Guidelines

• Seats will be allocated strictly on a First Come, First Full Payment Received basis.
• Participants may block their seat by making an initial payment of INR 10,000.

Early Bird Registration:

1st June 2026 – 31st October 2026 - INR 26,500/-

Late Bird Registration:

1st November 2026 – 15th March 2027 - INR 28,500/-

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

• 75% refund for cancellations made before 31st October 2026

• 50% refund for cancellations made before 31st December 2026

• No refund shall be applicable after 31st December 2026

• Seat replacement/transfer will be permitted only until 15th March 2027

• Refunds are applicable only to fully paid registrations

• No refund shall be provided for partially paid registrations

The above terms and conditions shall be applicable to all registrations for the Nepal Wesak Retreat 2027. In the event of cancellation, the cancellation policy stated above shall supersede all other terms and conditions.
