- No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the event.
- Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges id done 24 hours before the start of the event(subject to approval from Spiralway Consulting Private Limited)
- This cancellation policy is applicable for "Preparations for a Fantastic 2026" registration fees only.
- Spiralway Consulting Private Limited is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
