Refund & Cancellation

Following are the refund and cancellation policy for retreats hosted/organised by Gmcks Lightworkers

GMCKS Lightworkers
1. No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the event.
2. Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges id done 24 hours before the start of the event(subject to approval from GMCKS Lightworkers)
3. This cancellation policy is applicable for "Psychotherapy Nurturing Session" registration fees only.
4. Gmcks Lightworkers is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
