Refund & Cancellation

Following are the refund and cancellation policy for retreats hosted/organised by Prana Wellness And Training Centre & World Pranic Healing Foundation .

1. No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the course/event.
2. Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges if done 24 hours before the start of the event. (subject to approval from Prana Wellness And Training Centre)
3. This cancellation policy is applicable for any course/event hosted by Prana Wellness And Training Centre.
4. If the payment is made online then 2.36% will be deducted from refundable amount.
5. Any Direct taxes paid to government will be deducted from the refundable amount.
6. If refund is applicable then refund process will be complete within 8-12 days from the date of cancellation of registration.
7. Prana Wellness And Training Centre is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
