GMCKS suggested that we study the books he recommended in the following sequence -

i) A textbook of Theosophy - recording is available

ii) Basic Theosophy - recording is available

iii) Etheric Double - recording is available

iv) Astral Body - recording is available

v) Mental Body - recording is available

vi) Causal Body - recording is available

vii) Books by Alice Bailey -

• Initiation Human and Solar - recording is available
• Esoteric Psychology 1- recording is available
• The Externalisation of the Hierarchy - recording is available

Following the Guru's suggestion will make it easier to understand the concepts that are covered in the books.

For those whose eligibility is not confirmed:

i) For participants residing in India - please contact your Foundation to confirm your eligibility. Please do not write to WPHF for this, we will not be able to respond to such emails. If you do not know your Foundation, please contact one of your Pranic Healing Instructors.

ii) For participants outside India - please ensure that you upload your Arhatic Yoga course certificate into the CRM, once that is done, we will verify your eligibility.

Please Note -

1. Kindly wait for 7-10 working days after the date of registration to get access to podia.
2. Please check if your AY certificate is approved by the Foundation
3. If not, please get it approved as mentioned above, wait for 7-10 working days after the date of approval to get access to podia.
4. Email with the instructions to access the recording on podia will be sent once every week, Friday.
5. Recording are available on a platform called Podia once your eligibility is approved you will receive a document "Steps to Access Podia" which will help you access the recordings.

Book Study - Achieving Oneness with Higher Soul

Study the book Achieving Oneness With The Higher Soul by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui with Sumi Lazar and Sriram Rajagopal.

You will have access to recordings of an online book study conducted in 2019 - watch the videos at your convenience, as many times as you want. Access is available until 15th December 2025.

Wesak 2025 - Preparation

Wesak 2025 is literally a once-in-a-lifetime event. To be able to participate in this event, and to be able to understand the esoteric significance of this special day is, I believe, a true blessing.

We will begin our preparation on the winter solstice day, 21st December 2024 (in the sessions you will learn why we are starting on this day) and continue with weekly sessions (on Thursdays, 7:30 to 9 pm IST) until the full moon of Gemini, 2025.

The sessions will include topics to understanding the significance of 2025, importance of the Wesak, how we can prepare, how we can be of service to humanity and other related aspects.

During the sessions, we will also include intense purification sessions on each of the virtues, self-healing, group healing, blessings, chanting and meditation.

Let's be of service to the Spiritual Hierarchy as we get closer to this super-special event.

The SEVA Program is a heartfelt invitation for AY graduates to grow spiritually through the power of service. Inspired by Master Choa Kok Sui’s teachings, SEVA isn’t just about volunteering, but impactful leading—it’s about coming together to support, uplift, and make a difference, all while deepening our own inner journey.

Through introduction talks, meditation and healing camps, we learn that giving isn’t just about helping others—it’s a path to self-discovery, fulfilment, and spiritual growth.

The SEVA program is open to all AY graduates, with no specific targets or assigned mentors. It includes:

• An introduction to Meditation on Twin Hearts
• An introduction to Pranic Healing
• Communication skills
• Conducting a Simple Free Healing Camp

Registration

• Availability: Open year-round from 15^th April 2025, allowing participants to enrol at any time and access recordings until 31st March 2026.
• Registration Deadline: 1st March 2026.
• Eligibility: Open to all AY graduates.

Access to Recorded Sessions

• Registered participants will receive access to recorded sessions within 5 to 7 days of registration.
• The recordings will be hosted on Podia, with detailed access instructions included in the welcome email sent to the participants.
• All recordings will remain available until 31st March 2026.
