• Room Checkout: 14th December before 9:00 AM.
• Luggage: Please pack your bags. Drop the small bags at the reception and heavy bags place them outside your room. Please inform the reception to have your heavy bags picked.
• Name Tags: We kindly ask that you attach your name tags to your bags to avoid any confusion with other participants' luggage.
• Room Key Cards: Kindly ensure that you submit your room key cards at the reception by 9:00 AM or earlier..
• Gate Pass: Kindly ensure to collect your gate pass before checking out. You will need to present it at the security checkout.
