Welcome to the weekly, online Arhatic Yoga practice. We will have two session on following days.

Session 1 - 7:30 am to 9 am

Monday - 7:30 am to 8:30 am - Arhatic Yoga Purification + Twin Hearts

Tuesday - 7:30 am to 9:00 am - Arhatic Dhyan

Wednesday - 7:30 am to 8:30 am - Arhatic Meditation on the Higher Soul

Thursday - 7:30 am to 9:00 am - Arhatic Kundalini Yoga

Schedule:

• Please complete 3 sets of physical exercises before 7:30 am
• 7:30 to 7:40 am breathing exercises
• 7:40 to 7:50 am IRFR
• 7:50 to 8:00 am BT
• 8:00 to 8:05 am Sharanagathi
• 8:05 am Meditation

Session 2 - 11:00 am to 12:30 pm

Monday - 11:00 am to 12:00 pm - Arhatic Yoga Purification + Twin Hearts

Tuesday - 11:00 am to 12:30 pm - Arhatic Dhyan

Wednesday - 11:00 am to 12:00 pm - Arhatic Meditation on the Higher Soul

Thursday - 11:00 am to 12:30 pm - Arhatic Kundalini Yoga

i) For participants residing in India - please contact your Foundation to confirm your eligibility. Please do not write to WPHF for this, we will not be able to respond to such emails. If you do not know your Foundation, please contact one of your Pranic Healing Instructors.

Please Note:

• Registration is available for Arhatic Yogis in India and Nepal
• Zoom Link will be sent once a week, every Friday.
• Same Zoom Link will allow you to access any of the two sessions.
• Please ensure your Arhatic Yoga Prep Eligibility is approved by your foundation, if not then you may have to wait for another week to get the link.

The Spiritual Essence of Man - In-Depth book study

An in-depth study of the book 'The Spiritual Essence of Man'. We will study the book line-by-line, adding information from certain Kabbalistic texts and other sources, where necessary for greater clarity and understanding.

Eligibility:

1. Must have attended the class 'Spiritual Essence of Man' AND
2. Must be an Arhatic Yogi

Time - 6 to 7:15 pm IST on Wednesdays (with some gaps)

Starts - Wednesday, 15th July 2026

Schedule of all the sessions will be shared when you sign up.

Fees - Free. Please do consider making a donation (beyond your usual donations, specifically as a token for this book study) to any of the organisations of GMCKS in your area.

Will be available on Podia for as long as we have space on Podia!

WPHF Inc 36th Anniversary Celebration

Join the Acharyas to celebrate the 36th Anniversary of the World Pranic Healing Foundation, Inc., one of the 2 main organisations established by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui to promote Pranic Healing.

The event will also be a preparation for Guru Purnima on Wednesday, 29th July 2026.
