Following are the refund and cancellation policy for retreats hosted/organised by Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation Cochin

1. No refund for cancellations done 24 hours before the start of the event.
2. Instead of cancellation, participant can substitute another eligible person at no additional charges id done 24 hours before the start of the event(subject to approval from Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation Cochin)
3. This cancellation policy is applicable for "Nurture Your Soul: Weekly Arhatic Yoga Practice @ YVPHF Cochin" registration fees only.
4. Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation Cochin is not responsible for cancellation of Hotel/Accomodation.
