1. How do I register for GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Retreat 2024 - Tamil Nadu?

a. Ensure that your Arhatic yoga certificate is uploaded.

b. It is mandatory - that your passport picture is uploaded to your CRM Profile.

c. Make an online payment.

4. What are the fees for GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Retreat 2024 - Tamil Nadu?

General Retreat: Early Bird offer, until 31st Oct 2023: 22,000/-

1st Nov 2023 onwards: 23,500/-

5. What is my seat number? Is it on a first-come-first-served basis?

Seat numbers will be allotted and an email will be sent to you to your registered email, 3 days before the start of the retreat. Yes, the seats will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis. Upon making the full payment the seat numbers are allotted. You will have a preferential seat as compared to Instalment payments.

6. If I pay my 1st Instalment, will my seat number be allotted?

No. Seat number will be allotted only after making the final or full payment. Opting for Instalment option will help you to ease your payment and confirm a place in the retreat before it gets sold out.

7. When is the last date to pay my final Instalment?

All balance payment should be made on or before December 21st, 2023

8. What is the cancellation policy?

100% refund - For cancellations on or before October 31, 2023

50% refund  - For cancellations on or before December 21, 2023

No refund    - For cancellations after December 21, 2023

9. What are the retreat timings?

Day 1 - 9am to 8pm

Days 2 & 3 - 8am to 8pm

10. How many meals are provided?

Meals served will be for:

26th & 27th Jan 2024 - Lunch and Dinner

28th Jan 2024 - Lunch & Hi tea (No Dinner)

Please note: No Breakfast on all 3 days.

11. Is the senior Retreat or level’s retreat available in Chennai?

No. In 2024, the level's retreat will not be conducted along with South/North India AY Retreats

12. Where can I find accommodation?

As the venue is in the city there are umpteen hotels of all price ranges to stay, which can be booked online on any travel website.

13. Will Transport be provided?

No. Ola and Uber are available as the venue is within city limits. However, we will provide a Travel Desk, at the venue, to assist with your transportation for tours outside Chennai. 

14. Is there a Child care facility?

No. There is no child care facility.

15. What is a Group Booking?

Group Booking is for a minimum of 25 people and the payment has to be done in advance. Please send your request to ayretreat2024chennai@gmail.com

16. I want to sit together with my family/friends. What should I do?

We recommend you to register together at the same time by making full payment via the registration link, so you get seats close to each other as possible. Please note, the seats get allotted based on your full payment. So, if you want to sit together, make the full payment together around the same time.
