FAQ

1. All registrations through CRM
2. Minimum payment ₹ 10,000 to block seat.
3. Good view and comfortable arrangements for all Seats.
4. Seats will be allotted on first come, first payment received: basis
5. Participants can pay the full fee or in upto 3 Instalments on CRM. All payments to be received by 31st October 2026.
6. Registration fees, hikes to ₹ 35,000 after October 31st 2026 (no emi option).

Cancellation Policy.

• 75% Refund before Oct 31.
• 50% Refund before Dec 31.
• No refund after Dec 31.
• Fee transfer allowed with no deduction before Dec 31st. No changes or replacements after Dec 31st.
• Applicable on only fully paid participants. No refund on part paid registrations.
• The above terms and conditions are applicable to the GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Retreat, Delhi 2027. In case of any cancellation, this cancellation policy shall supersede all other terms.
